About

For over 20 years, Cary has maintained a robust practice at Brownstein Rask representing small businesses and individuals with their transactional and dispute-resolution needs. His broad-ranging practice includes real estate, contracts, business litigation, landlord-tenant, personal injury, injunctions, creditors rights, domestic relations, and criminal defense, to name a few. Cary also represents numerous Unions and their affiliated Trust Funds in matters pertaining to enforcement of collective bargaining agreement rights. Cary thinks outside the box and believes that being available and responsive is central to the attorney-client relationship. In an age when remoteness is the norm, Cary goes the extra mile to make himself personally available to his clients and promptly respond to their questions and needs. Cary understands there is no substitute for hard work and dedication to the task at hand, and he approaches each clients situation with empathy as if it were his own.
