Sun Yi

Biography The founder, Ms. Yi Sun, was born and raised in Qingdao, China. She is a graduate of Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, and earned her J. D. degree in 2004. She earned her Bachelor degree in Law in 2000 from Ocean University of Qingdao (now Ocean University of China). Her previous work experience includes serving as an Assistant Public Defender in Kansas City trial office where she handled various criminal defense cases. Ms. Suns volunteer activities include the Chinese Christian Community Service Center, Legal Services of Eastern Missouri and United Way of Greater St. Louis. Ms. Sun has been guest speakers at the Citizenship Ceremony at the United States District Court, Eastern District of Missouri and the Diversity Event for United States District Court.
