Kristin Polk

Biography Kristin L. Polk is a fifth-generation Charlotte County native. Kristin graduated from the University of Florida where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She then received her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 2009. While attending law school, she was a member of Phi Delta Phi, the international legal honor society. Kristin attended law school in the part-time program while working as a law clerk to gain hands on experience. After receiving her law degree, Kristin worked as an associate at a Tampa foreclosure law firm before deciding to return back to her home town of Punta Gorda.
