Dawn E. Stuntz

Dawn E. StuntzAttorney Dawn is a member of the Transactional Department and focuses her practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate development and transactions, bank representation, business organization and business consulting. As the daughter of an Air Force mom, she spent her earliest years living in England. Her family moved to the Emerald Coast in 1986. She is a 1992 graduate of Niceville High School and received a B.A. from the University of Florida in 1996. After graduating from Stetson University College of Law in 1999, Dawn moved back to the Emerald Coast to work for a local law firm. In the spring of 2002 Dawn assisted with the formation of a local real estate company and in November of 2002 she joined Southern Escrow & Title, LLC, as general counsel and Vice-President. There she directed the commercial closing department and served as the 1031 exchange facilitator for Southern Exchange Service, LLC. She also independently operated her solo practice, Dawn E. Larsh, P.A. Dawn resides in Destin with her husband, Jason and two daughters.
