Todd A. Lubben

Todd Lubben is an experienced litigation attorney representing clients in a variety of complex litigation matters. He has defended entities and individuals facing claims for negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, civil rights, employment discrimination and breach of contract. His practice has included representing many professional corporations, such as law firms and accounting firms, against professional malpractice claims and board complaints. He has also defended class action lawsuits relating to consumer fraud and data breach claims. He has tried cases to verdict in state and federal court and has also argued cases in the Court of Appeals in Illinois and Missouri. Todd attended St. Louis University School of Law. He was previously a partner at a large St. Louis defense law firm where he routinely litigated cases for mid-size and large companies. Todd received the Legal Champion Award from Missouri Lawyers Weekly in 2017. He was previously designated as a Rising Star by Missouri Super Lawyers Magazine on multiple occasions and then received the Super Lawyers award and designation by that publication in 2023.
