Bryson William Brent

PARTNERBrent Bryson Brent began his legal career working as an in-house attorney for a company in Fort Worth, TX that managed a diverse set of privately held family companies including a biomass energy company, an oil and gas technology development company, a real estate holdings company, and an oil and gas asset management company. After getting married, Brent and his wife (also a native East Texan) decided it was time to return home. Brents practice focuses on oil and gas, collections, entity formation and compliance, real estate, probate, and estate planning. Brent represents both individuals and businesses in various areas of the law. He enjoys helping people and strives to effectively counsel and advocate for his clients. In addition to his law practice, Brent manages or participates in a number of companies involved in oil and gas, real estate, and timber and land management. His personal experiences help him advise his clients on issues that arise in their businesses. Outside of the office, Brent enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and their two Golden Retrievers. He enjoys traveling, hunting, fishing, golfing, and riding his dirt bike.
