About Kyle Kutch is a native East Texan, having grown up in White Oak, Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1977, and from South Texas College of Law in 1986. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1986, and is licensed to practice in both State and Federal Courts. Prior to starting Kutch Law Firm, in 1998, he was a partner with Smead, Anderson, Wilcox & Dunn. After obtaining extensive experience in insurance defense with Smead, Anderson, Wilcox & Dunn, he opened his law firm focusing on Plaintiffs Personal Injury, Business Litigation, Oil and Gas, and Probate/Estate matters. He has successfully tried cases for both Plaintiffs and Defendants. Before attending law school, Mr. Kutch was an independent landman, performing title work and obtaining leases in the East Texas area. He utilizes that experience now in representing mineral owners in negotiating oil and gas leases. Mr. Kutch continues to live in White Oak, Texas, with his family. He is a White Oak City Councilman and member of White Oak Community Church.
