Partner James W. Kaminski Jim provides thoughtful, comprehensive succession plans for clients who are business owners. Jim assists clients in estate planning, including the preparation of trusts, Wills and advanced directives. Jim will prepare estate planning documents which are understandable and tailored to meet the needs of his clients. Jim also counsels business owners regarding mergers, acquisitions, and the sale of businesses, as well as clients interested in starting new businesses. Jim has formed hundreds of business entities and has routinely helped clients with the sale or purchase of real estate, both commercial and domestic. In addition, Jim has extensive experience in preparing federal estate tax returns and in counseling clients in Medicaid planning and transactions related to it.
