John M. Clement

Attorney John Clement currently represents third-party administrators and insurers in defending workers compensation claims at administrative and State Court hearings. He also represents those clients regarding subrogation claims and related appellate work. Mr. Clement has extensive experience in the areas of consumer bankruptcy, small business matters, guardianship, advanced trust and estate planning, and probate litigation. His undergraduate degree in political science and history led him to study international law and foreign policy at The American University in Washington D. C. After working for several years in the nations capital, Mr. Clement relocated to Las Vegas to pursue his law degree.
