Andrew James Cobos

Recognized Since 2017 Super Lawyers magazine recognized Andrew as a Texas rising star, which is a distinction limited to 2.5% of practicing attorneys. University of Houston System Board of Regents In 2011, Texas Governor Rick Perry appointed Andrew to the University of Houston System Board of Regents. There, he helped govern the operations of four major Texas Universities with a budget of over $1 Billion. Texas Veterans Land Board In 2015, Governor Greg Abbot appointed Andre Cobos to the Texas Veterans Land Board. There, he provided oversight of Texas’ Veterans housing programs.
