Dustin Lozano is a shareholder at Hunt Ortmann and handles construction, business, and real estate matters. He represents clients through all stages of litigation. In addition to trial and arbitration experience, Mr. Lozano has successfully handled cases before the California Courts of Appeal. Mr. Lozano represents clients from all areas of the construction industry, including, owners, general contractors, subcontractors, material and equipment suppliers, and design professionals. Mr. Lozano handles a variety of construction and business litigation issues, including, mechanics liens and breach of contract claims.
