James Louis Heath

Meet James Heath, a North Florida Attorney serving the Florida Gulf Coast. James is a United States Marine Corps veteran having served eight years as a tank commander and instructor. Following military service, he earned a B. S. in Criminology from Florida State University, then spent almost three years as a police officer in Panama City, Florida. After working as a police officer, James matriculated from the University of West Florida with a Masters Degree in Public Administration. Following graduate school, James earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Dakota. With a background in law enforcement and military service, James fights to defend the rights of our clients. James focuses on criminal defense law, family law, foreclosure defense, property law, civil litigation, and DUI cases throughout the Florida Gulf Coast.
