Jose Padilla

José is the founder and principal of Padilla Law PLLC. He represents technology and growth companies, investors, and venture capital funds in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, as well as general corporate and securities law matters. He also has extensive experience with healthcare and gaming regulations. He is one-of-a-kind because his career has given him experience to last lifetimes. He has literally been all over the world (over 60 countries and counting), meeting his wife in the middle of Siberia. He speaks five languages and has danced salsa on six continents. He has negotiated on behalf of billion dollar companies and on behalf of an unemployed individual about to lose his home. He has worked at top national law firms, billion dollar companies, and for startups with a few employees. He has taught gaming law at Las Vegas law school, and currently teaches health law at NYU. The son of immigrants, he was the first in his family to finish high school and loves to continue learning from those around him.
