Gary A. Roth

A veteran litigator with a focus on personal injury law, Gary Roth is driven to help people whove suffered as a result of wrongdoing and for whom legal action is the only recourse. Since beginning his practice in 1989, his goal has been to make a difference in peoples lives, and he fights hard to win his clients the best resolution possible. Gary is a native of Louisiana. He served on the board of directors for the New Orleans Bar Association, where he helped young lawyers give back to the community through clothing drives, fundraising, and legal assistance. As a member of The Pro Bono Project, he coordinated efforts to provide legal advice to the disadvantaged on matters ranging from criminal cases to adoption. Prior to joining Boxer+Gerson, he was a partner at Gainsburgh, Benjamin, David, Meunier & Warshauer, L. L. C., where he specialized in personal injury litigation. Gary was also a partner at Deutch Kerrigan, L. L. P., where he focused on toxic tort defense and served as national trial counsel for Ray-Ban, a division of Bausch & Lomb, Inc.
