Paul D. Svirbel

Paul focuses his legal practice in the areas of general liability, premises liability, insurance coverage, and employment and labor law. His representative experience includes a variety of contractors, developers and insurance companies. Paul handles all phases of the litigation process, from investigation to trial, and represents clients at the local, federal and appellate court levels in Pennsylvania, including at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Paul was a defense litigation associate at a Pittsburgh law firm representing businesses in complex litigation matters involving First Amendment issues, indemnification cases, large-scale subrogation claims and contractual disputes.
