Timothy R. Geck

Tim has nearly 40 years of experience in representing clients in the Twin Cities Area. He concentrates his practice in the areas of business and corporate law, real estate law, estate planning, probate, commercial litigation, and personal injury. Tim has been awarded an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbel and has been recognized by his peers for the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical practice standards. Tim began his career primarily in the litigation of commercial personal injury defense and plaintiffs cases. For the last 35 years, he has concentrated his representation of clients in business and real estate transactions, estate planning, and probate matters along with commercial and personal injury. In addition to the practice of law, Tim is a long-time civic leader in his community serving with other business leaders and professionals on numerous boards, committees, and government commissions. Among other board appointments, he has served as President of the White Bear Chamber of Commerce, the White Bear Development Corporation, the White Bear Rotary Club, and was Chairman of the White Bear Lake Charter Commission.
