Daniel Hays

Mr. Hays represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of civil litigation matters. Mr. Hays litigation experience is diverse and includes the defense and prosecution of cases involving construction, insurance, fraud, auto and trucking negligence, professional malpractice, personal injury, premises liability, real estate, wrongful death, products liability, and commercial litigation. Mr. Hays and his wife, Rachel, live in Edmond with their three children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, running, traveling, and playing golf.
