ORLANDO DELUCA, ESQ. Founding Partner and Senior Trial Attorney Orlando DeLuca, Esq. is the founding partner of DeLuca Law Group and senior trial attorney for the firm. Mr. DeLuca began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney at the Office of the State Attorney for the 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida where he obtained extensive litigation and trial experience handling numerous jury trials. Mr. DeLuca later served as an Assistant City Attorney at the City of North Miami Beach, advising the Citys Code Violation Board and defending municipal employees and police officers in city vehicle accident, premise liability, civil rights violation cases, excessive force claims, and civil forfeiture actions. Additionally, Mr. DeLuca handled jury trials and numerous non-jury trials in defense of the city. Throughout his career, Mr. DeLuca had represented various major insurance carriers in personal injury cases, including car accidents, slip and fall, and wrongful death. He has also handled construction defect matters. As a Managing Partner at the DeLuca Law Group, Mr. DeLuca continues to specialize in civil litigation, contract litigation, and personal injury legal practice. Also, as a lead trial attorney for the firms mortgage foreclosure litigation department, Mr. DeLuca successfully represents major mortgage servicers.
