He then passed the bar and was licensed to practice in Pennsylvania the following year. He is also admitted before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.While in law school, Mr. Schaffranek was the associate editor of the Pittsburgh Tax Review and the chair of the Moot Court Board. He also served as a certified legal intern at the university’s Family Law Clinic. After graduation, he worked at several law firms in the Pittsburgh area before starting his own practice.With a “Very Good” rating on Avvo, Mr. Schaffranek is deemed among clients and peers as a knowledgeable and conscientious attorney. He has extensive experience in appellate cases, having argued many cases before the Superior and Commonwealth Courts of Pennsylvania.
