That same year, The Florida Bar admitted him to practice, and he is admitted to practice before the U. S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U. S. Court of Federal Claims, the U. S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the U. S. Supreme Court. Dedicated to his practice, Mr. Valenzuela remains active in several professional legal associations, including the American Bar Association, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the American Association for Justice and the Hillsborough County Bar Association, among others. Well-versed in his practice area, he has published a number of articles on a variety of topics related to personal injury law and civil litigation.
