Andrew Oliver

Andrew Oliver Andrew Oliver is a member of the California and New York bars and registered to practice before the U.S. patent office. Andrew represents large and small companies and individuals in litigation, arbitration, transactions, due diligence, prosecution, and counseling related to patents and a variety of intellectual property matters (for example, trademark and Lanham Act, trade secret, copyright, cybersquatting and domain disputes, Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), online defamation, unfair competition, non-compete disputes, and related contractual matters). Each year from 2010 through 2014, Mr. Oliver was recognized by his peers and selected by SuperLawyers magazine as a Rising Star in Intellectual Property Litigation. In 2015 and 2016, Andrew was selected as a Super Lawyer in Intellectual Property Litigation by SuperLawyers magazine. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Andrew gained valuable technical and business experience as a software engineer/designer and consultant.
