Since joining the firm in 1999, her practice has focused primarily on commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, non-compete issues, landlord/tenant issues, and commercial foreclosure. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Chapman advises clients on compliance with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Truth in Lending Act, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
