Raymond Doumar

Raymond J. Doumar devotes his entire practice to Personal Injury and Wrongful Death litigation. The firms main office is located in Augusta, Georgia and he routinely represents clients in Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, and throughout the country. Mr. Doumar is admitted to practice law in Georgia and Florida, the U. S. District Courts in those states, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Doumar handles cases where his clients or their family members have been injured or killed due to automobile and commercial vehicle collisions, industrial accidents, defective conditions on property, defective conditions on property, whistleblower fraud and abuse, and bad faith claims against insurance companies when they fail to pay valid claims. Throughout his career Mr. Doumar has been able to consistently obtain solid results for his clients including a $5 million settlement in a wrongful death case involving an industrial accident, $2.65 million settlement in a wrongful death case involving a motorcycle collision, $2.5 million jury verdict (Co-Counsel) in a wrongful death case involving a repossession of a vehicle, and several other cases involving recoveries of over $1 million. Mr. Doumar is a member of several professional associations, including the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Florida Justice Association, and Augusta Trial Lawyers Association. He graduated from Clemson University in 1985 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, and graduated from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law in 1989. Personal Mr. Doumar has been married for over 30 years to Pam Doumar and they have three (3) adult children - Emily, Jackson, and Allie. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, travel, golf, boating, hunting, and fishing.
