Persons Family Law and Criminal Defense Tulsa Attorney Tracey E. Persons brings to Wirth Law Office extensive trial experience, having served as lead attorney in numerous jury trials and bench trials. Ms. Persons stellar track record of jury trial successes stems from her experience on both sides of the criminal justice system. She has worked both as a defense attorney - including federal appellate work - and as a prosecutor. Her 20 years of legal experience assures clients access to a solid ally in their legal matters. An Ohio native, Ms. Persons graduated high school in Tulsa then completed her undergraduate work at Oral Roberts University. Married for 23 years, she is also a soccer and basketball mom to two energetic Tulsa kids. She was admitted to practice law in Oklahoma in 1994 after earning her Juris Doctorate at University of Tulsa College of Law. She later earned admission to the Utah State Bar. She worked as a Utah attorney for several years in both defense and prosecution capacities before returning to Tulsa. Since her return to Oklahoma, she has worked as both an Assistant City Attorney and an Assistant Public Defender. Personal Injury Attorney Randall K. Gause Oklahoma attorney Randall K. Gause adds a wealth of personal injury and workers compensation experience to the Wirth Law Office team. Mr. Gause has practiced in the Tulsa area for 20 years, primarily in personal injury, employment and workers compensation law. Born in Elk City, Oklahoma, he earned a B. A. in Political Science then a Juris Doctorate at University of Oklahoma. He was admitted to the practice of law in 1990, and remains a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association as well as the Northern and Eastern District U. S. District Courts. Mr. Gauses growing track record of success includes representing hundreds of Oklahomans in matters involving auto accidents, truck accidents, wrongful death, product liability and premises liability. He has practiced in state, federal and workers compensation courts.
