Mr. Brown earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with Minors in Economics and Legal Studies from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Brown later earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Mr. Brown is admitted to practice in all Oklahoma state and federal courts as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and U. S. Tax Court.
