Morad serves as a Magistrate Judge in Michigans 52nd District Court and also maintains a private practice in the areas of commercial litigation and criminal law. Mr. Morad has tried over 90 cases to jury verdict and has handled numerous arbitrations. In his private practice, Mr. Morad handles complex business cases and white collar defense in both federal and state courts. Prior to joining Gardella Grace, Mr. Morad practiced at the law firm of Miller Canfield Paddock & Stone where he worked in the commercial litigation group and the white collar crime group. Mr. Morads extensive courtroom experience makes him adept at navigating through the civil litigation process as well as the criminal justice system. Mr. Morad received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan and in the state of Florida. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, The Florida Bar, and the Oakland County Bar Association. Additionally, Mr. Morad has been admitted to practice in the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan as well as the United States Supreme Court.
