SCHINZING Prior to entering the field of law, Dani was a three-sport college athlete and two-time Academic All-American. She graduated first in her class in the business program from Hillsdale Free Will Baptist College where she received a B. S. degree in Business and a minor in Psychology. Dani started working at the firm in 2012 in her 2nd year of law school as a Licensed Legal Intern. She graduated from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2014 with a Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, Dani was Vice President of her graduating class, Vice President of the Student Bar Association, President of the Sports, Property and Entertainment Law Association (SPELA), and President of the Animal Law Group. Dani was a Merit Scholar and earned placement on the Deans list. Upon passing the bar in 2014, Dani became an associate of the firm. In 2023 Dani was promoted to partner and in 2025 Dani became the firms managing partner. Danis law practice is exclusively devoted to consumer collection litigation. She is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and Arkansas, as well as several of the Tribal Courts in Oklahoma. Dani is a former president of the Oklahoma City Commercial Law Attorneys Association and is a founding member of the Creditors Bar Association of Oklahoma (CBAO).
