Michael J. Treece

Michael J. Treece Mr. Treece is a 1984 graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University, where he majored in business administration and was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and Alpha Chi honor fraternities. In 1988, he received his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center, after which he began representing community associations throughout the Greater Houston area. For more than 25 years, Mr. Treeces practice has included HOA collections, foreclosures, deed restriction enforcement and related HOA activities. He has also handled a wide variety of litigation, as well as Probate and Estate Planning matters. Mr. Treece is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbel, and he is licensed by the Supreme Court of the State of Texas to practice in all State Courts and certain Federal Courts. Mike has retained current or past membership in the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, American Bar Association, and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
