Biography Carl H. Anderson, Jr. has successfully defended and favorably prosecuted cases ranging to several billion dollars in claims. He concentrates his practice on business torts, including Fair Debt Collection Practice Act (FDCPA) and Fair Credit Reporting Act cases, commercial and contractual disputes and equitable relief.
