She graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Management-Human Resources/Labor Relations. She completed graduate coursework at Eastern Michigan University in the Masters of Science-Human Resources/Organization Development program. She attended South Texas College of Law, where she obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence. A managing partner in Rodriguez and Morgan Law Offices, PLLC, Ms. Morgan prefers to practice in the areas of Employment and Labor, Elder Law, Probate, Wills, Health Care, Business Law, Business Entity Formations, Real Estate, Consumer and Contract Law. Ms. Morgan has more than 20 years of leadership experience in Human Resources, Employee Benefit Plans, Pension Administration and Human Resource Information Systems. This experience includes union and non-union work environments in Government, Pediatric and Geriatric Health Care, Technology and Education. Ms. Morgan has taught undergraduate and graduate students as an adjunct faculty member for Houston Baptist University in the College of Business and Economics for courses in Business Law, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Labor Relations and Employment Law. Ms. Morgan maintains an active license in the State Bar of Texas. She is a certified Mediator in the state of Texas. She is currently a member of the Texas Bar Association, Harris County Democratic Lawyers Association, Mexican American Bar Association-Houston. Ms. Morgan currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Brazoria County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Annies List. She is the Vice President of the Hispanic Alumni Chapter of South Texas College of Law Houston. She has previously served as a Director and Vice Chair for Administration for the Pearland Chamber of Commerce from 2007-2010 and is active in several other community organizations.
