For the most part, there is little consideration given to the practice of law and, perhaps just as important, the business of the practice of law. At MSU I strove to constantly reify my foundation of substantive law. I have made that dedication and attention to detail a regular practice of my practice. I continually strive to hone my ability to zealously put my knowledge of law into practice for my clients in an efficient and effective way that not only maximizes the outcome, but also minimizes the cost. Part of accomplishing that goal rests on my ability to operate as a modern lawyer--one that can use statistical modeling and code to make the practice of law more efficient and predictable.
