John Joseph Carlson

Having devoted his legal career to litigating for the rights of his personal injury clients for over 30 years, Mr. Carlson has recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements. With his attention to detail and ability to guide clients through the complex claims process, he has established himself as a reliable and skillful attorney. Mr. Carlson has been admitted to the Minnesota State Bar Association and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. He has memberships in several professional bodies such as the Minnesota Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, the Minnesota Association for Justice and the Hennepin County Bar Association. A Minnesota State Bar Association-certified civil trial specialist, Mr. Carlson has been listed in the “Who’s Who in Personal Injury” by Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine and the “Top 100 Trial Lawyers” in personal injury law by The National Trial Lawyers. After graduating from Bemidji State University with a Bachelor of Science degree, he completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Minnesota. Prior to joining the present firm, he was a partner at the law firm of Bass & Carlson. Besides law, he loves hunting and fishing with his family and enjoys taking annual trips to do his favorite activities.
