While attending law school, Mr. Morris was involved in the Texas Hispanic Journal of Law & Policy. In addition, Mr. Morris graduated summa cum laude from the University of St.Thomas with a Bachelor of Arts in History with minors in Political Science, Philosophy, and Russian Studies.
