Joseph John Bergacs

Joseph J. Bergacs is a graduate of Purdue University and DePaul University College of Law. Joe was admitted to practice law in Indiana in 2002 and he has served the New Castle and Henry County Community for over 20 years at Baker & Bergacs Law Office, now Bergacs Law Office and as the Henry County Prosecutor. Joe knows what it is like to diligently prepare for cases and to aggressively work towards the best result for the client and the case. In addition to representing Henry County as the Prosecutor, Joe has previously represented other entities including serving as the Henry County Attorney, and as the attorney for the New Castle Community School Corporation, Henry County Solid Waste Management District (formerly Three Rivers Solid Waste Management District), Town of Straughn, Town of Sulphur Springs, and many other clients. Joe is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. He is also a member of the Henry County Bar Association where he has served as past Treasurer and President.
