Mallory Deckard? Attorney I am Mallory Deckard, the owner and founding attorney of Deckard Law. After several years of practicing law in both large and small law firms, I realized I wanted to do things differently. I launched Deckard Law so I could practice law my way. Compassion, transparency, and effective advocacy are the core values by which I run my firm. Although I’ve practiced in many different areas of the law, I decided to focus solely on family law and immigration. In my opinion, the best part of the practice is the human element. I enjoy getting to know my clients and learning their “why”. By working in family law and immigration, I’m able to work with people to improve their lives and protect their rights. I currently live in Newburgh, Indiana with my husband, Clay and my cat, Madison. In my free time I enjoy taking care of my ever-growing collection of plants, biking, reading psychological thrillers, and international travel. Giving back to the community has always been a significant part of my life, so I also spend a lot of my time working with nonprofits.
