Suzanne Marie Scheller

As a solo practitioner with Scheller Legal Solutions LLC, Suzanne Scheller focuses her practice on elder abuse and neglect litigation, elder law, probate, financial exploitation, elder mediation, estate planning, medical assistance applications, and other areas. She is active in the elder law community, including furthering the voice of elder and disabled clients through legal representation; consultation with families; and other advocacy efforts such as policy initiatives and legislative reform.Suzanne Scheller is a founder of Elder Voice Family Advocates, a founding Board member of the Minnesota Elder Justice Center, adjunct faculty member at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, an editor of the Elder Law Handbook produced by Minnesota CLE, former Chair and current member of the Governing Council for the Elder Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association, and frequent speaker on issues related to elder law and vulnerable adults. Suzy is the recipient of the Mary Alice Gooderl Award for her work in elder law, and has been named a Super Lawyer, a Top Lawyer, a Lawyer of Distinction, and Top Women Attorneys.
