He has faced off against the countrys top lawyers, experts, and companies - and has tried cases all over the United States. Mark is also compassionate. Mark began his career at one of the nations most celebrated defense firms, where insurance companies and corporations hired him to represent their interests in high-exposure catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases all over the country. Mark draws on that unique experience to better serve his clients and their families during their times of greatest vulnerability, uncertainty, and need. Never one to back down from a challenge, Mark has taken numerous multi-million dollar cases to verdict. His expertise includes cases where individuals are injured at businesses or apartment complexes, by defective products or machines, in tractor-trailer or other motor vehicle accidents, and in other types of catastrophic, life-changing accidents. In 2018, Mark was named Attorney of the Year by Courtroom View Network for his role as lead trial counsel in a high-profile wrongful death case. Mark grew up in a small town in Virginia before playing college basketball for Old Dominion University and Mercer University.
