R. Todd Bennett is the founder and sole practitioner of his firm located in Houston, Texas. With a practice that focuses exclusively on criminal defense, he provides counsel to clients throughout the greater Houston area in such matters as violent crimes, domestic violence, fraud, theft charges, white collar crimes and drug charges. Mr. Bennett also assists clients with expungements, grand jury investigations and alleged probation violations, and has been certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in criminal law.After graduation from law school, Mr. Bennett worked with the Office of District Attorney of Harris County, Texas, then as chief prosecutor for the city of Southside Place in Harris County. Having also served as a presiding judge in Harris County since 2000, Mr. Bennett has gained unique and valuable insights for his criminal defense practice.
