Michelle Rossi

With years of experience at as a trial lawyer at two major insurance defense firms, defending drivers, of homeowners, and businesses, Princenthal, May & Wilson welcomes Michelle Rossi to the firm. While Michelle zealously defended her clients, she felt a deep calling to represent people who have been injured by others-because she knows what it is like to be hurt by another through no fault of her own. Despite being a back seat passenger, a serious car accident in her freshman year of high school resulted in her first moderate concussion and a cervical fusion at the young age of 15. Michelle understands pain, suffering, and the negative toll a personal injury takes on a person. Empathy is one of Michelles greatest qualities and she looks forward to hearing your story and assisting you in your recovery. Michelle is dedicated to leveraging her extensive knowledge to champion the rights of those seeking compensation for personal injuries caused by anothers negligence. Michelle handles a variety of legal matters, including car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, fall accidents, and wrongful death. Within her first six (6) months serving as a Plaintiffs attorney, Michelle successfully assisted law firm Partner, Matthew T. Wilson, securing a $3.5 million dollar premises liability settlement for their client. While a Chapel Hill, North Carolina native, Michelle attended Elon University, double majoring in Political Science and Psychology. Before departing to Atlanta, Georgia to pursue her law degree, Michelle clerked for Senior resident Superior Court Judge Carl R. Fox in Raleigh, North Carolina, assisting with civil and criminal felony cases. Thereafter, she attended and graduated from Atlantas John Marshall Law School in 2013. Michelle is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. Michelle lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband Kellum Welton and their two daughters. On the weekends, youll find Michelle in Cartersville where she boards her two horses, Hoss and Tucker.
