A. in Political Science Pre-Law. He then attended The John Marshall Law School, Chicago, Illinois and received his Juris Doctorate in January 2003. Mr. Faust was admitted to the State Bar of Illinois in 2003 and the State Bar of Michigan in 2004. In 2005, Michael was admitted to the United States District Court Eastern Division. Michael has specialized in insurance fraud defense and has handled multiple cases involving complex issues in first party, uninsured motorist and third party civil litigation. Michael joined Hewson & Van Hellemont, P. C. in May of 2011. Prior to joining our firm, he worked as an associate at an insurance defense law firm. Mr. Faust has a hands-on approach with all of his files and a reputation of taking an aggressive approach with litigating and helping our clients.
