Robert S. Fischer

On the Civil Litigation side, Rob has represented individuals through some of the most difficult times in their lives, in personal injury, motorcycle accidents, to wrongful death claims. Rob also represents businesses navigate the legal process, handling various matters on their behalf enabling the business leaders to focus on running the business rather than the legal issue. Rob is a trained mediator, able to assist parties resolve issues in all civil and domestic relations actions. Through his extensive trial experience in complex civil and domestic relations representation, Rob is able to help parties see the strengths and weaknesses in their positions, leading the parties toward effective resolution. Rob also uses these skills in assisting businesses and corporations resolve internal conflicts, as well as conflicts with clients and suppliers. Rob has taught National Business Institute CLE seminars in the areas of Effective Discovery, Handling Divorce Cases from Start to Finish, Drafting Parenting Plans, and Mediation, Arbitration, Negotiation and Trials. From 2010 through 2017, Rob taught Criminal Defense and Adjudication at Miami University-Hamilton to individuals mostly interested in entering law enforcement. On March 21, 2014 Governor John Kasich appointed Rob to serve as Judge in the Warren County Court, taking the bench on April 4, 2014. Rob was elected to serve Warren County in 2014 and 2018. This is a part-time judicial position enabling Rob to continue his practice with Sams Fischer, LLC. As Judge in 2015, Rob initiated the SUCCESS Docket, Warren County Courts mental health docket, which has graduated several participants.
