Kenneth Mitchell

Attorney Kenneth Mitchell, Sr. is an experienced attorney who has vigorously represented clients in Family Law (divorce, child custody, adoption); Bankruptcy (Chapter 7,11 and 13); Business Law, Probate Law, and other civil matters all over the State of Georgia. In each practice area, Attorney Mitchell has the knowledge and expertise to advise his clients during each phase of the litigation process. Attorney Mitchell has also served as a college lecturer in Criminal Justice and Business Law. Attorney Mitchell is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Attorney Mitchell is a native of Lyons, Georgia, and is a graduate of Morris Brown College and Atlanta Law School. Attorney Mitchell is also an active member of the Morris Brown College National Alumni Association.
