Tonya Shy

Founding member, Tonya Shy, earned a B. S. from Georgia State University and received her Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Ms. Shy is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Alabama and is admitted to all Alabama state courts, all Georgia state courts,the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the U. S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. Ms. Shy served five years as an Assistant District Attorney for the Fulton County District Attorneys Office and prior to that as a Senior Assistant Solicitor with the City of Atlanta Solicitors Office. She also currently serves as Judge Pro Tempore in city court. After advocating for crime victims for over 10 years, Attorney Shy decided to devote her efforts to building a highly successful personal injury law firm. Since 2012, she has been dedicated to pursuing justice for injured victims.
