Ross Aaron Kaplan

Ross joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2022 and is a member of the Business and Business Litigation practice groups as well as the Government Relations team. Ross Kaplan counsels, advocates, and litigates on behalf of closely held businesses and their stakeholders, nonprofit corporations, and professionals and licensees. He works closely with businesses, government regulators, and community associations. Business Ross works with businesses of all sizes on business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate transactions, including the lease, purchase, or sale of real estate and assets, corporate governance, and indemnity, warranty, and risk assessment. Governmental Relations Ross represents clients in their interactions with all government regulators and in governmental litigation. Having spent over a dozen years representing and litigating on behalf of nearly all state government agencies in Missouri, Ross has a unique insight into regulatory actions and often is able to resolve matters to all parties satisfaction. However, when litigation becomes necessary, Ross has an excellent record of success in obtaining outcomes favorable to the client. Community Associations Ross counsels and litigates on behalf of developers, Homeowners Associations, Condominium Owners Associations, other planned communities, or their members in the mid-Missouri area. Ross is a sought after speaker on matters related to HOAs and condo associations. Pro Bono Outside of his day to day work, Ross enjoys pro bono work; he represents and counsels nonprofit entities such as CASA, an organization that trains and supports volunteers to advocate for the best interests of children and youth who have experienced abuse and neglect.
