Wayne T. Tomala

In practice since 1999, Attorney Wayne Tomala has tried well over 200 cases in various State Courts throughout the State of Michigan, while taking countless others through the various stages of the court system. Wayne was an undergraduate at the University of Michigan (College of Architecture and Urban Planning 96) before attending Wayne State University Law School (J. D. 1999) where he graduated in the top 1/3 of his class. A litigator for all of his practice, Wayne worked for several law firms in their litigation departments representing both companies and individuals in various lawsuits before becoming a solo practitioner in 2008. Wayne has established himself as a tough but fair negotiator, advocate and attorney who has consistently obtained his client the results the law entitles them to. Wayne resides in Sterling Heights, Michigan with his wife and two daughters. He also gives back to his community as the wrestling coach at his local high school and the administrator of the local youth wrestling league.
