Elissa Ballew

Elissa Ballew is a Shareholder in RMWBHs Litigation Section. Elissa has honed her knowledge and skills as an attorney in a variety of large and complex commercial litigation matters with the goal of providing sound and practical legal advice, identifying issues, and developing creative solutions when appropriate on behalf of her clients. Elissa understands the importance of being prepared and engaging in regular communications with clients. She uses her prior experience of representing companies, both large and small, and individuals, to help her navigate complex legal disputes. By striving to make the client feel comfortable in making decisions that impact their businesses and personal lives, Elissa is able to alleviate the stress that often accompanies the commercial litigation process. Elissa is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. She received her law degree from Baylor Law School.
