Caitlin M. Pistorio

Caitlin Graduated from the Saint Louis University School of Law before commissioning in the United States Marine Corps as a Judge Advocate. While on active duty, Caitlin served as a prosecuting attorney at Camp Lejeune, NC and was responsible for prosecuting all manner of crimes. Later, she deployed as the operational law attorney to Joint Task Force, Horn of Africa where she provided legal service counseling in addition to her operational duties advising commanders on anti terrorism operations. Caitlin joined the law firm of Hoeh & Pistorio, LLC in 2013. Although she enjoys civil practice, protecting her community as a prosecutor is her passion. She joined the Cape Girardeau County Prosecuting Attorneys Office in January of 2017 as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. In January 2019 she will be sworn in as the Prosecuting Attorney for Perry County, Missouri. Caitlin Pistorio maintains a civil practice as well, focusing on Estate Planning, Probate Law and Business formation.
