Meet Attorney David Michael Thomas David Thomas began his legal career in 1996 as an insurance defense attorney working at the Southeasts largest insurance defense firm. During his time as a defense attorney, Mr. Thomas represented numerous insurance companies defending claims made by people who had been injured in car accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, pedestrian accidents and bicycle accidents. He also defended claims made against one of the worlds largest retailers by people who had suffered serious injuries while on the retailers property. Mr. Thomas left the insurance defense practice in 2010 and started Thomas Law Firm. From its beginning, Thomas Law Firm has focused exclusively on representing victims who have been injured by the negligent actions of others.
