Jason J. Fletes Managing Partner Biography Prior to law school, Jason J. Fletes worked as a police officer, and after law school he moved on to become a prosecutor with the County Attorneys Office for Franklin County, Kansas. Because of that background, Jason has experience handling both felony and misdemeanor matters as well as routine municipal court matters, including DUI, drivers license issues, and traffic tickets. His practice areas are diverse; in addition to an active criminal defense practice, Jason devotes a substantial amount of his practice to family law matters, including complex divorce, property divisions, child custody, paternity, child support cases, guardianships and adoptions. Jasons practice areas also include probate administration, complex and simple estate planning, including wills and trusts. He also represents plaintiffs and defendants in both large and small litigation cases, including those involving personal injury, business disputes, and contract matters. Additionally, he assists clients in pursuing claims for Social Security disability. Jason will make every effort to resolve your case in an efficient manner.
