Pamela J. Welch Pamela Welch is an experienced trial attorney who practices primarily in civil litigation with an emphasis in personal injury and wrongful death. She was a partner at a well-known insurance defense firm where she worked for more than 15 years prior to joining Welch & Webb, LLC. This experience gives Pamela a unique perspective in protecting injury victims because of her knowledge in how insurance companies defend and value claims. Pamela has handled complex and catastrophic injury claims involving millions of dollars, as well as smaller injury claims. She takes the same approach with each case no matter the size. She prepares each case as if it is going to trial. She has tried jury trials in Missouri and Kansas as well as argued before both the Missouri and Kansas Courts of Appeal.
